the tenth round

In a prize fight, the Tenth Round indicates the beginning of the championship rounds. When fatigued, These final rounds allow us to see what we are really made of, displaying one’s true character, desire and commitment to overcoming adversity and capturing the goal we are aiming for.

I provide support for men and teens throughout Roseville and Northern California of all ages who are facing this challenge. Through accountability, empathy, connection and healthy masculinity, we celebrate the peaks and trudge through the valleys. If you are lost in active addiction and are searching for a way out, or have a goal in mind and can’t figure out where to start, I’m here to remind you that whatever you are feeling is normal. You are supposed to be tired and you might be feeling the whole spectrum of uncomfortable emotions. Together, we can turn anxiety into peace, resentments into gratitude, and achieve success by YOUR definition. Stay in the fight.
